01. See if we are a good fit

First, I get to hear all about your wedding and see if I am available for your wedding day! If I am, then I send a pricing guide with the packages that I offer. If any of them look like something you want to know more about, we set up a call and dream all the details of your day! I answer any questions that you have for me, and same for me! I am with you basically your whole day, so its important we click!

02. Make it official

If we both decide this is a good fit, then we make it legit! I require a 30% deposit and a contract signed before you are officially in my books. Once this is done, we start planning and dreaming. This is my absolute favorite part. I send you a very detailed wedding guide to help give you as much info as I possibly know! This will include sample timelines, vendor recommendations, engagement photo tips, and all the in-between. I don't hide ANYTHING from you so that we can make your day exactly how you imagine!

03. Engagement session

An engagement session is included in every one of my packages. First, I will send out a guide with ideas, tips, and what to expect from this session. I will send over a questionnaire to hear what you envision. There are so many options so I encourage you to be creative! Then, we set up a call and create a plan for your session. Location(s), props, and timing will all be discussed in this call! I love engagement sessions because we get to finally meet, and you get to learn how I shoot. Its like practice for your wedding day!

04. Timeline call

About a 2 months before your wedding, we will set up an important call. During this call, we will go over ALL the details I will need to know about your wedding. We can set up a zoom call, meet for coffee if you are local, or just a phone call if you prefer. We will create a detailed timeline, talk about vendors and wishlist photos. I want to mostly hear what is most important to you on your day and make sure we capture those moments without any stress. If you have any stress about your day, this call will totally calm your nerves because we will figure out all the kinks! I am here to help, as long as it takes! This timeline will be sent to you to send to all your vendors, friends and family.

05. Wedding day

The day that we have been planning for! It is finally the day for you to enjoy every moment of the planning we have been doing. I will be with you for the entire day and helping with all that I can to make it run smooth! Your job is to just enjoy!

06. Sneak peeks/ gallery delivery

Sneak peeks will be sent out within 48 hours and available for you to post immediately! This is usually about 20-30 photos of peeks throughout your day!

Then, your full gallery will be delivered within 5-7 weeks after your event. I try my best to get them out as fast as I can so you can enjoy! Then, I ask for a kind review and I continue to take photos for your family for years to come!
